1. GENERAL

All goods remain the property of 1st Choice Spares until payment has been received in full.

2. SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED GOODS

All orders should be checked immediately upon receipt. Shortages or damaged items must be reported with 24 hours.

3. RETURNS

Items being returned for credit must be received within 5 days of purchase, accompanied by the relevant invoice.

4. ELECTRICAL UNITS

Electrical units cannot be returned for credit if they have been fitted.

5. RETURNED PARTS

Parts returned for credit must be in resaleable condition and in their original packaging. Items fitted cannot be refunded if correctly supplied.

6. SURCHARGES

Surcharges must be paid on purchase of all exchange units. The surcharge will then be credited when the old unit has been returned and has passed through our returns department.

7. EXCHANGE UNITS

Exchange units cannot be refunded if 1st Choice Spares consider the part to be in unserviceable condition.

8. CHANGES TO PRICE OR ALTERATIONS

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information contained on this website is correct at the time of writing, product improvements or price alterations may occur during the lifespan of the website.
