- Please check every item on delivery.
- Please make sure that all items are checked on delivery, as we cannot accept any liability for damage after delivery.
- Please check that the item is correct before painting, as we cannot accept any liability under any circumstances once the panel has been painted
With 100's of deliveries each day, we are unable to make any exceptions to this procedure.
Returns Procedure:
In the event an item has been ordered correctly but upon delivery, found to be incorrect or faulty, please contact Customer Care on 01603 463674 with your original Order Number. Once the item has been returned and received by us, we will arrange for the item to be repaired, replaced or refunded in full, whichever is appropriate and agreed with you at the time.
In the event an item is ordered incorrectly or no longer required and delivered as per the order, then you may return the item for a refund, less a charge to cover the cost of transport and packaging etc. Please contact Customer Care on 01603 463674 with your original Order Number. Once the item has been returned and received by us, we will arrange for the item to be replaced or refunded, whichever is appropriate and agreed with you at the time.
Carriage & Packaging Charges:
Delivery is one of the major costs in our business. Every time an item sent out correctly but is subsequently returned, there is a cost and therefore like all national distribution companies, we apply a charge to recoup some of our costs involved in carriage and packaging.
